2025 End-of-Year Competition

Information & Procedures

Your Board of Directors has met and finalized the details for our 2025 End of Year Competitions. Here are some key points:  

1. A JPG file is required for EVERY image whether it is entered as a Digital image or Print.
2. The deadline for submissions will be midnight, October 11th.
3. You may convert any digital image to a print.
4. The judging will be held on November 8^th.
5. Our Awards Ceremony will occur on Tuesday December 9^th.

GENERAL EOY INFORMATION & LINKS

The Camera Club of Richmond holds a competition at the end of each year to recognize and reward the work of our many talented photographers. 

We invite all dues-paying CCR Members to submit up to 10 photographs to compete for awards in several different Categories.  Up to five of those images may be “Wildcards” - images that have not been previously evaluated this year.

These images are due by midnight on the 2^nd Saturday in October (the 11^th) and judged by a panel of professional photographers on November 8th. 

Awards are given at our CCR Awards Presentation which is always held in place of our regular CCR meeting on the second Tuesday in December (the 9^th). 

If you are new to CCR and/or our End of Year Competition, you may want to print the following document to use as a reference to help you determine which photos you want to submit and how to prepare them for submission.
